In the message on Sunday I had a chance to introduce The Infrastructure Project in live fashion to our congregation. In case you missed it, the project is about building what matters. This of course takes intentionality, determination, and sacrifice.
In partnering with God through the next three years, we are seeking to build what matters from the inside out (our hearts, refashioned by his Spirit into the likeness of Christ) and from the ground up (water infrastructure in Mhlosheni that will save lives and debt reduction and physical infrastructure at our church property in anticipation of a ministry center there in the future). To accomplish the ground up developments we need around $330,000. To realize that very tangible goal, we need the Lord’s provision for our lives, his call on our lives, and his work centering our lives on Christ. It is only in this way that our hearts will be shaped and our actions as a congregation will follow. Above all, this is what we desire: to be a people faithful to his call and who reflect his Son in the world. I am praying that this next chapter in our journey together would lead us in that very desire. The sermon audio for Who’s the Designer? (Hebrews 10:8-10) is available below:.
